Reportedly, new footage shows construction machinery tearing into multi-level residential structures in the town of Biddu, northwest of occupied Jerusalem. The clip captures two mechanical diggers actively dismantling terraced hillside homes. Palestinian officials and human rights groups have long argued that obtaining building permits in areas under Israeli administrative control is virtually impossible.
