Reportedly, Belarusian hacker groups Silent Crow and CyberPartisans claimed to breach the Rosstat website. They stated they exfiltrated approximately 23TB of data, including information on Russian military losses in the war against Ukraine. The Rosstat press service confirmed the attack occurred.
