A video has appeared online, reportedly from one of the men held in a building in Petropavlovskaya Borshchagovka and sent to his family. He complains of severe stomach pain, fever, chills and dizziness, and there are visible signs of beating on his face. Relatives reportedly sought help from a private medical service after receiving it. The doctor who entered the building says 25–30 people are being held there, and that four seriously ill people will be taken to hospital.
