Four people, including a child, were injured in a reported Russian military attack on Kharkiv. A 32-year-old woman, a 65-year-old woman, a 56-year-old man, and a 4-year-old boy were hurt after a drone strike in the Osypiansky district, according to Oleksandr Synyhubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration. Three victims are hospitalized receiving medical care. A two-story industrial building, a two-story apartment building, and a one-story house burned down; a private home and car were also damaged. Emergency services are operating in an intensified mode.
