Reportedly, the head of the Poltava Regional State Administration, Vitaliy Dyakynych, stated that Russian forces attacked the 'Epitsenter' shopping center in Poltava. He reported that a fire broke out and one person was injured, preliminarily identified as a 52-year-old woman. Local channels are publishing footage of the aftermath.
