Reportedly, Ukrainian drones struck the Novokuybyshevsk oil refinery in Samara Oblast early on October 30, triggering explosions and a large fire. The facility is one of the major oil refineries in Russia's Volga region, with an annual processing capacity of 8.8 million tonnes of crude oil. The extent of the destruction remains unclear.
