Reportedly, Ukrainian drones launched a massive raid on civilian infrastructure in Voronezh, Russia, the second such attack in the past week. Air defense systems intercepted 113 UAVs, shooting down 70 over the regional capital. The strike targeted industrial facilities, including a chemical plant, and hit residential buildings, a business center, and a school stadium. Two people were killed and 17 civilians wounded, most from debris falling on a passenger train on the Anapa-Moscow route. Fires at production sites were avoided, and the Novovoronezh Nuclear Power Plant remains operational.
