Reportedly, officials including Mykhailo Drapatyiy, Ihor Obolenskyi, and Pavlo Palisa reported significant results from Operation 'Velys' conducted by the 2nd Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine. They stated that over 100 enemy combatants were neutralized and more than 30 captured during underground advances exceeding 15 kilometers in the Kupiansk direction.
