Reportedly, A Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesperson stated that if there were no glimmer of hope, there would be no negotiations. As long as the parties remain committed to engaging in these negotiations and working together to examine the proposals, there is always a glimmer of hope. As mediators, we cannot lose that hope, particularly when it concerns all the peoples of this region.
